Privacy policy

What the public website processes today, what it does not collect and how to raise a privacy concern.

Website policy · Professional review pending

Revision:

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy covers visits to the two ORENTRA website addresses identified in our terms. The responsible operator and privacy contact are identified below. It does not describe an already operating student platform, payment service or membership database. Separate notices must be provided before those services are activated.

2. Information involved in a visit

The site has no embedded application form, student login or checkout. Enrollment links open your email app with a suggested message asking for your name and interest in the program; you decide whether to complete and send it. Opening the link does not send a request. The learning-path tool processes choices in the current page without sending them to a CRM or saving them in browser storage. Language is selected through the page address.

Delivering a page involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser or device information, response status and available referrer information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to deliver and protect the site and may produce technical or security records. Browsing without a form is not the same as browsing without any data processing.

If you send an enrollment, general or privacy inquiry to corp@orentraacademy.com, ORENIDUS, LLC processes your email address, name if provided, message and program interest to respond and coordinate the requested enrollment steps. Authorized team members and the email providers involved may process the message for that purpose. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Do not send passwords, government identification, card details, account statements or brokerage credentials.

3. Purposes and recipients

Information is used for page delivery, security, fault diagnosis and responding to a request you choose to send, as relevant. Providers may process necessary information on our behalf; disclosure may also be necessary to meet a valid legal obligation or address fraud and security incidents. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles.

This website has no advertising pixels, marketing analytics, session-replay trackers or marketing-list subscription. We do not sell visitor information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this site. A reference to 888 SOCIETY does not automatically transfer your information or enroll you in its marketing.

4. Storage, retention and security

The website does not create a student account, payment record or CRM entry. Requests you send by email are stored in the email systems involved and may form part of the enrollment correspondence. Temporary learning-tool selections disappear when the page is reset or reloaded. Browser history and caching follow your settings. Infrastructure and email records follow applicable retention practices; we do not claim immediate deletion or a verified fixed provider retention period.

For requests sent to the contact channel, retention should be limited to handling the matter and meeting applicable recordkeeping or dispute needs. We will assess a deletion request against information actually held and any relevant legal exceptions. Internet services can process data outside your state or country. HTTPS protects information in transit, but no online system can promise absolute security.

5. Privacy requests and regional rights

Use the privacy contact below to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Identify the website and the nature of your request. We may request proportionate information to verify a request, but do not send identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification process has been explained. An authorized representative may contact us and provide appropriate authority where the law permits.

Depending on your location and whether a law applies to this operator and processing, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restrictions on certain uses, and a complaint to a competent authority. We will handle applicable requests within the periods required by law and will not penalize you for exercising applicable rights. This notice does not claim that every privacy statute applies to ORENTRA.

6. Tracking preferences and children

There is no advertising sale or sharing to switch off in this version. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s current behavior: we do not load advertising trackers regardless of the signal. Necessary delivery and security processing can still occur. If tracking changes, this notice and any required choice mechanism must be updated before activation.

The site is intended for an adult educational audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Eligibility for a future paid program will be stated before enrollment.

7. Future platforms and policy updates

Circle, Zoom, GoHighLevel, payment tools, recordings and marketing communications are not connected visitor-data flows on this public website. Their mention describes intended services. Before activating a new collection or use, we must identify the actual data, purposes, provider, retention, access controls and required consent. A new date and explanation will accompany material changes to this notice.
